I cud still remember when I was still working with GSK as a Senior Professional Medical Representative which also can be translated to SALESWOMAN or SALES REP, I was really ambitious that I vowed to myself to be the best Salesperson ever!
Well Im really ambitiou about what I wanna be and when it comes to planning for the future, so what I did was, I started reading lots and lots and lots of books especially books thrown by N21 and my husband to me to improve in each and every single things on me, on my career and also on sales technical skills.
I cud still remember when i was trying to apply what I learnt in books and seminars in my day to day sales calls, there were always a WRONG moment of technique that I did that my boss or manager wont approve doing it! It was so frustrating when you were trying so hard to actually make things better and yet people who stucked in the company for more than 5years had more authority in speaking from their experience thingy! It was so sad knowing some of these people who thought they know everything and they decide tostop learning!
This reason did strengthen my decision to resign and have my own business. Not having anyone to dictate what to do etc.
Alhamdulillah I love my new career now, and my new team is REALLLY GREAT! we learn everyday and help each other sincerely here and Ive learnt a lot of things here that i wont get if im still working for somebody! So im really grateful to GOD for guiding me to this way
