ya udah happy aja! (little big things #2)

ya udah happy aja!
Had a long day in Putrajaya with no on the spot results and of course I was drawn in that emotion for awhile..
Had a full presentation to 3 doctors, and a few opening presentations and yeah, no results as if for today..
Well, do i care? yah of course i do! I have a month before 2011 year end!
Was I panic? Yes of course I was!
But did i manage to control? Yes alhamdulillah finally i managed to!

Remembering Auk's word from Awareness Before Change (ABC) camp in Janda Baik, She told us to always give love to everything we do and we face. Be it positive or negative situation.
And combining with Hoponopono concept, theres always a reason why we as Muslim are asked to berzikir all day. Well, Alhamdulillah Allah granted me the awareness of my not so positive emotions today and, realising it, I started to clean myself and my situation to get back my energy.
And Alhamdulillah, Im now back in the game!

Well, Something to share today is:
Whenever something not so good happen to us, theres always something we can do, experiment this:
- Keep sending love to whatever it is, U can say Thank you Allah, I love you Allah, Im sorry or even say it in arabic or any language you prefer :) Astaghfiruallah will be a good start and subhanallah :)
- And Accept whatever situation that youre in, be it positive or negative, eventho the situations ure in make u cry out loud ,accept it that its still okay and its not the end of the world, be glad that Allah make u realize your own emotions :)
- And then get yourself out of the situation, something like , try to WATCH YOU and YOUR SITUATION from outside . Like youre looking someone else situation, you will definitely find a different view and perspective.
- And the best thing is, you realise that, it is actually nothing compares to what you desire to have. Its just a mere small thing that you can handle and things are really GREAT.
-After all that, start visualising , a perfect situation that you desire and wish to happen.
-Visualise with a smile and high believe in Allah SWT.

Allah Maha Kaya, maka mintalah apa sahaja yang dihajati kerana hanya Dia Sumber Rezeki kita
